Process
1) One parent will complete the initial sign up for the organization. You will tell us about the children that will participate in our programs. Note: If you are already a member, choose "Member Login" in the top right corner and proceed to step 2.
- Begin member signup or select the tab "Member Signup"
- Choose membership type "Parent Handling Summer Program registrations"
- Enter basic information like your name, home address, email, and so on. We use your cell phone as an emergency contact only. Complete as many fields as you can.
- Enter additional member data which consists of one to four children to participate in robotics. For example, if you have three kids and two will be signed up, then we only need to know about those two.
- Create your user name and password. User name must be unique to FVR Club Express. You will be informed if your proposed user name is already taken.
- Agree to the Consent and Waiver of Liability
- Confirm by selecting “Done”, terminate by selecting “Cancel.”
2) This parent will then register the children for the appropriate sessions
- Begin program signup
- Read through the Summer Program information. At "Number of People who will attend":
- +1 to Active member (this is you for the family)
- + to reach # of My children you'll register
- Click "Register Now"
- Event Registration – Who's Attending
- Active members will display your name
- Non-Member Guest lines match number of children
- Next
- Event Registration – People in My Registration is where you provide names of your children, click Next
- Event Registration – Activities
- lists yourself as a place holder for $0.00 (this is good so do nothing here)
- lists your children so you can select which workshop they will each attend
- Next
- Event Registration – Additional Information for anything you would like to share, click Next
- Event Registration – Summary of activities and costs. You must select “Complete Registration” to sign up for the activities.
- Make payment gives you the option to pay online or mail a check to FVR
Payment and deadline date
Payment is either online during your session via credit card or by mailing a check.
Payments should be received 10 days before the session.
