Nondeductible tax donations

Support for Fox Valley/Batavia Robotics programs is diverse and includes scholarships to cover registration costs for students, supplemental funds to pay for team registrations or robot parts or tools, and always LEGO donations to keep the 1st - 8th grade programs well stocked.

Tax deductible donations

For 501c3 tax deductible donations, Fox Valley/Batavia Robotics has an association with the Batavia Foundation for Educational Excellence (BFEE). The Foundation is a not-for-profit organization, assembled under the laws of the State of Illinois as a method of providing a long term, self-sustaining financial program to enhance the Batavia Public School system beyond the limits of normal tax support. All gifts to BFEE are tax exempt.

In addition to their own fund raising, BFEE has clients like Fox Valley/Batavia Robotics, the Batavia Bulldog Boosters, and various school PTOs for which they handle donations, issue the receipt for a tax deductible donation, and associate the donation to the correct client.
