Member registration and renewal via Club Express

 

We are excited to have a single comprehensive system with Club Express for member signup and payment. As fall progresses, there will be additional features like team and division hubs, calendar, and more. Here are a few things to help navigate Signup and paying for the season.

Member Signup is for adults and high school students
Begin the process at Member Signup 

Step 1 Choose a membership type

• Parent handling registration: Only one parent needs to tell FVR about the family's students in robotics, build a shopping cart, and pay season registration. You pay for your children based on their division.
• Parent not handling registration: Usually the spouse but it can be an adult in a second household that would like to receive the division email, membership is free.
• Student: Coyotes high school student that would like to receive division email, membership is free
• Parent handling Summer Program registration: Switch your member type to Parent handling registration
  

Step 2 Enter basic information like your name, home address, email, and so on. Complete as many fields as you can.

 

Step 3 Enter additional member data. This will depend on your member type. For “Parent handling registration,” enter information for 1 to 4 children that participate in robotics. For example, if you have three kids and two are in FVR, then we only need to know about those two.

 

Step 4 Click “Add Division” and use the drop down box to associate yourself with the appropriate division of

• LegoWolves (grades 1-3)
• LegoDogs (grades 4-8)
• Coyotes (grades 8-12)

Click Save. Parents, repeat as necessary.

 

Step 5 Only parents handling registration see Additional Charges. Select the appropriate divisions and enter the number of your children in each division.

Step 6 Only parents handling registration see Make Payment. You’ll have the option to pay by check or credit card. The payment for credit card transactions is limited to $2000 so let us know at info@foxvalleyrobotics.com if your total is over the limit.

Step 7 Create your user name and password. User name must be unique to FVR Club Express. You will be informed if your proposed user name is already taken.

 

Step 8 Agree to the Consent and Waiver of Liability

 

Step 9 Confirm by selecting “Done”, terminate by selecting “Cancel”

Logout

Next to your name in the top right corner is a down arrow. Hover there and select “Logout”

 

All future logins

Begin at foxvalleyrobotics.com. Select “Member Login” in the top right corner.

 

Warning: If several people in your family will have separate member ids and share the same computer, do not check on “Remember me on this computer”
