Registration Instructions for Summer Programs
Our comprehensive registration process helps to ensure that your child will have the most enjoyable summer experience.
1) One parent will complete the initial sign up for the organization. You will tell us about the children that will participate in our programs. Note: If you are already a member, choose "Member Login" in the top right corner and proceed to step 2.
- Select the tab "Member Signup" to begin
- Choose membership type "Parent Handling Summer Program registrations"
- Enter basic information like your name, home address, email, and so on. We use your cell phone as an emergency contact only. Complete as many fields as you can.
- Enter additional member data which consists of one to four children to participate in robotics. For example, if you have three kids and two are in FVR, then we only need to know about those two.
- Create your user name and password. User name must be unique to FVR Club Express. You will be informed if your proposed user name is already taken.
- Agree to the Consent and Waiver of Liability
- Confirm by selecting “Done”, terminate by selecting “Cancel.”
2) This parent will then register the children for the appropriate sessions
- From tab “Tools” select the Event Calendar and click on today’s date
- Review the Summer Programs information and when ready, click the "Register Now" button in the top right corner
- Event Registration – Personal Information page, leave as is (yes, Registrant Type should be Member) and click Next
- Event Registration – Add Guests to Registration. For each child, select “Add Guest to Registration” to provide their name. Once all the children are listed as guests, click Next.
- Event Registration – Activities lists yourself as a place holder for $0.00, click Next
- Event Registration – Activities lists one child at a time so you can select their programs
- Click on the down arrow to the left of the activity for a recap and availability
- Add a check mark to the right of the cost column to sign up your student
- Next will take you to the next child
- Event Registration – Additional Information for wait list requests, anything more you would like to provide
- Event Registration – Consent form: Agree and click Next
- Event Registration – Summary of activities and costs. You must select “Complete Registration” to sign up for the activities.
- Make payment gives you the option to pay online or mail a check to FVR
Payment and deadline date
Payment is either online during your session via credit card or by mailing a check.
Payments should be received 10 days before the session.
